IN-HOUSE LEASE PROGRAMS
FULL LEASE: Includes board (stall cleaning, feed, turnout, grooming and blanketing) and the option to ride the lease horse SIX (6) days/week. NOT included are charges for veterinarian, farrier, chiropractor, lessons and incidentals.)$1,500 / month
HALF LEASE: Includes board (stall cleaning, feed, turnout, grooming and blanketing) and the option to ride the lease horse THREE (3) days/week. NOT included are charges for veterinarian, farrier, chiropractor, lessons and incidentals.$750 / month

  1. Late Fees are 5% per month.
    Bills are due on the 10th of every month. If payment is not received by the 15th there will be a 5% interest charge added to any unpaid balance.
  2. THERE WILL BE NO BILLING DISPUTES AFTER 30 DAYS OF INVOICE.
  3. A 15% commission will be charged when buying, leasing, or selling a horse.
  4. NO horse can show if their bill is over 45 days past due.
  5. Account must have $3000.00 deposit in order to enter Winter Circuit, Houston Series, Summer Circuit, or Indoors.

Our clients are successful in the Hunter, Jumper, Pony and Equitation rings.
